Shipping
We deliver orders through DTDC and other trusted private courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery across all locations. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Currently, we do not offer international shipping for small quantities. However, international delivery will be available for bulk orders in the future once our logistics are in place.
We usually process and dispatch all orders within one day of confirmation. Delivery time then depends on your location and the courier service. In most cases, you can expect your package within 15 days from the date of order confirmation.

You can easily place your order through our online store or through our Cardamom Cart pages on Facebook and Instagram. Just select your products, share your order details, and complete the payment — we’ll take care of the rest!
You can cancel or change your order by contacting our customer support as soon as possible. Once the order is processed or shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
No, you don’t need an account to place an order. You can shop as a guest. However, creating an account helps you track your orders easily and receive special offers and updates.
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number by message or email. You can use it to track your package directly through the courier’s website.
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with your order details. Please take a picture of the product and send it to us for reference. We’ll arrange a return or replacement as per our return policy.
